Cascade Modern Chandelier by Michelle Brand

As the popular movement now “To think Green” is progressing, the designers again and again create something interesting using the used plastic bottles. British eco-designer Michelle Brand is making his lighting fixtures out of the bottom parts of clear bottles.
The American showroom Vivre recently displayed one of his creations “Cascade” made of 572 bottle bottoms.
The parts are connected with an invisible string. The esthetic effect is reached due to a long band of plastic flowers coming from the ceiling to the floor.

Modern Lighting "ABYSS" by Kundalini Lighting

One of the main projects of Italian lighting manufacturer Kundalini, the collection Abyss, created for it by German Design Studio “Osko+Deichmann”, just got an additional ceiling lighting of the new form. This unique modular structure, very flexible and strong at the same time, allows to easily change the form of the lighting fixture and to orient it in the space. The designers meant to create an atmosphere of underwater world. That’s why the collection got the name “Abyss” that means deep water zones of the ocean.
